I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Vienna South for 5 nights. The room exceeded my expectations with its spacious layout and comfortable bed. The hotel offered a full buffet breakfast, which was tasty but stayed the same each day, typical for Europe. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the Christmas season, creating a festive atmosphere. Getting to the city center took around 30 minutes, but the efficient public transport made it manageable. However, I encountered several staff-related issues. Upon arrival, I asked if I could use the gym to shower since I arrived early. The staff member hesitated, taking an unnecessary 10 minutes to confirm the gym was open. During check-in, my personal data was entered incorrectly into someone else's room, raising concerns about my credit card security. When I needed change for the laundry, the front desk staff told me there was no change available and didn’t offer to assist further. Instead, I had to walk to a nearby gas station for help. While the hotel had great amenities and a nice room, the lack of attentive staff significantly impacted my experience.

I gotta say, the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the staff like I was some kind of king. And, let’s not forget the room service, I ordered that trout dish—absolutely outstanding, probably the highlight of the stay.

I stayed one night in a Deluxe King Room Garden View and was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. Renata at reception made my stay more comfortable by arranging a late check-out. The breakfast offered a delicious variety, and I enjoyed the relaxing sauna. Highly recommend trying the Austrian dishes at The Garden Grille!

the ac was super weak , but the breakfast had fresh waffles and a lot of options like bacon and eggs. also, my room was really spacious with a nice bathroom and good internet.

Had a fantastic group vacation! The hotel is beautiful with spacious rooms and lovely views. We enjoyed the scenic Wienerberg Golf Club and a delicious trout dish at the restaurant. The shuttle to the city center was super convenient for exploring! Highly recommend this place for a peaceful stay.

One downside was the staff's responsiveness. when I asked about using the gym, it took way too long to get an answer. They seemed a bit disorganized and not very attentive at times.

The room was spacious and clean, which was a nice surprise. Loved the comfy bedding, and having coffee in the room was a great touch. But there were issues. my personal shoe box was mistakenly thrown out by housekeeping, which was pretty frustrating. Also, communication with the staff could be hit or miss due to the language barrier.
